Responsible for processing and managing member enrollments in QNXT ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. Experience with QNXT and prior member enrollment operations within a health plan environment is highly preferred.
Essential Functions
-Process new member enrollments ensuring all required documents are accurately completed and submitted.
-Accurately enter member enrollment data into the enrollment system or database.
-Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all member enrollment activities and communications.
-Respond to member inquiries and concerns regarding the enrollment process benefits and coverage.
-Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations policies and procedures related to member enrollment.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as customer service claims and finance to ensure a seamless member enrollment experience.
-Assist in training and mentoring new Member Enrollment Representatives providing guidance on enrollment procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associates Degree Related Field of Study preferred
Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service administrative or enrollment role required
At least 2-3 years of experience in member enrollment or a related administrative role in the health insurance industry highly preferred
QNXT experience highly preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Solid understanding of member enrollment processes regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in data entry and knowledge of relevant computer applications and software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive member information.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet enrollment deadlines.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to handle complex enrollment issues and resolve member inquiries effectively.
