Role Description

Role Description

We are looking for an AI Lead who can bridge business problems and AI solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder management problem-solving ability and the capability to lead AI initiatives with clients from discovery to delivery. The ideal candidate brings 9 to 12 years of experience with a background in consulting analytics or AI-led solutioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
• Translate business problems into AI-driven solution approaches
• Define pilot scope success metrics and value realization frameworks
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
• Present solution demos insights and outcomes to senior leadership
• Collaborate with AI engineering teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
