The Role:
TheChiefTechnologyOfficer(CTO)willdefineandexecutetheend-to-endtechnologystrategyforEiQensuringtheplatformscalestosupportrapidcommercialgrowthandthetransitionintoanAI-drivenproductecosystem.

Thisisahands-onexecutiveleadershiprole combining strategic vision with direct technical ownership of architecture engineering data and platform reliability.

TheCTOwillleada30-personengineeringorganisationandmanagea2MtechnologybudgetoperatinginclosepartnershipwiththeEiQCEOCOOandLRQACDIO.

This position can be based in either the UK or Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:

• DefineandownthetechnologyvisionandtargetarchitecturefortheEiQplatform
• LeadtheevolutionofEiQintoascalablemulti-tenantSaaSandAI-enableddataplatform
• Driveend-to-endengineeringdeliveryplatformperformanceandoperationalreliability
• BuildandscaleAIanddatacapabilitiesincludingproductionAIusecasesanddatagovernance
• EstablishengineeringexcellenceacrossdeliverypracticesautomationCI/CDandqualitystandards
• Ensuresecuritycomplianceandresilience-by-designacrossallsystems
• Leadcoachandscaleahigh-performingengineeringorganisation
• Partnercloselywithproductandbusinessleadershiptoaligntechnologywithcommercialstrategy
• Manageandoptimisetechnologyinvestmentalignedtogrowthpriorities

Required Experience:

• PreviousexperienceasCTOVPEngineeringorHeadofEngineering
• StrongbackgroundinSaaSorplatform-basedproductenvironments
• Provenexperienceleadingarchitectureengineeringandcloud-nativesystems
• Demonstratedabilitytoscaleengineeringteamsanddeliverycapability
• Hands-ontechnicalleadershipstyle(player-coachmindset)
