工作职责

负责卧式加工中心的操作维护与日常保养熟悉机床的性能与基本构造
使用常规量具对工件进行自检
服从生产安排进行产品试制及批量生产按检测规范要求对产品进行检测确保产品质量
能看懂图纸及相关工艺技术文件协助分析质量问题并提出改进方案
及时报告生产过程中异常问题
与质检部门积极配合发现量具有失准现象及时通知其主管由质检部校对
按要求填写机床及产品的文件及资料做好生产操作记录设备保养记录
负责加工区域的5S工作
完成上级委派的其他任务

岗位要求

高中或中专以上学历
3年以上卧式加工中心操作经验如OKK1000西门子FANUC操作系统
能按图及作业指导书加工常规机械零部件选用合适的刀具
具备一定的程序编制能力及宏程序使用
具备机械制图互换性与测量技术相关理论基础
数控刀具选用及切削参数的优化优先考虑
接受三班倒需要自行解决翻班的交通问题
工作认真负责一丝不苟具一定的有创新能力
