Summary:
Install/Buy-off new and repair machines to achieve good machine performance to support production 购买安装新机器维护修理机器让机器保持良好状态支持生产
RESPONSIBILITIES:
the machine in-house setup for production use such as handler/vision/tester file
完成产线机器的设置比如分选机生产文件光检系统生产文件以及测试机生产文件
PM&CAL (take apart and assemble every module) following standard procedure independently; prepare PM&CAL standard procedure under mentors guide
能够根据标准流程独立地完成PM&CAL拆解以及装配每个模块能够在导师的的指导下准备标准PM&CAL流程
all type of handler conversions of working area independently
能够独立完成所负责分选机的各种生产能力之间的转换
machine performance and reliability puts forward simple OFI of machine
研究机器的运行状态及可靠性能够提出简单的OFI
machine technical support to production line
为产线提供设备相关技术支持
special requirement of production or engineer
支持产线或者工程师的特殊要求
production lot hold to EM group
处理扣留给EM部门的产品
Office software to summarize the raw data masterly
熟练运用Office办公软件来总结原始数据
REQUIREMENTS:
or above degree majoring in Electronics or Mechanics is preferred.
大专及以上学历机械或电子类相关专业优先
technician/Fundamentals of Programming engineer background;
有设备维护和编程基础的经验者优先
team work and computer skills;
良好的团队合作以及电脑技能
English in writing/reading;
英语读写良好
communication skills and problem solving skil
良好的沟通技能及解决问题的能力
