Position: Shipping Associate 4x10 Workweek
Schedule: Monday Thursday 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and package finished goods for shipment according to company and customer requirements.
Verify order accuracy including quantities part numbers and shipping information.
Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
Operate pallet jacks and other equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely shipments.
Ensure all shipments meet quality standards before leaving the facility.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
Follow all company policies procedures and safety requirements.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous shipping warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software/systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Strong work ethic reliability and dependability.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
Frequent lifting carrying pushing or pulling of materials up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend stoop and reach overhead as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly rate starting at $17.75/hour

Additional $2/hour shift differential
Additional $1/hour attendance bonus (inquire for details)
Quarterly performance bonus eligibility
