BASIC FUNCTION:

The Retail Servicer operates in fast paced team environment with an emphasis placed on overall customer experience. Provides outstanding customer service and specialized technical expertise in the processing of servicing requests of existing Retail Loans for the Association. Follows Association workflow processes policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Orchestration of Retail Servicing Actions from request through booking.
  • Exceptional communications skills: phone written & in person.
  • Ensure customer service is maintained at a high level at all times.
  • Multi-task and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Receive servicing request from Borrower and determine appropriate information needed to process and document request.
  • Review loan files for completeness including approvals title reports appraisals entity documents applications and supporting information.
  • Prepare loan documentation according to servicing request and approval.
  • Request UCC searches certificates of good standing obtain and verify insurance request title commitments/prelim and review upon receipt.
  • Establish and maintain electronic member files as required. Recognize discrepancies in instructions and noncompliance with policies and procedures and respond appropriately Request clarification and supporting documentation from credit staff and appraisers as needed.
  • Strong communication within the Retail Division and Customer Success Team regarding prioritization and workflow.
  • Coordinate with the Borrower to execute any documentation required for the servicing request and filing of appropriate documents.
  • Takes initiative for learning and development by acquiring and refining of technical and professional skills needed in job related areas; proactively seeks performance feedback and identifies approaches to improve own performance.
  • Research billing discrepancies determine proper steps to resolve and engage Loan Accounting when appropriate.
  • Review past due reporting; including follow-up on payment commitments proper systematic documentation regarding collected information and communication with internal departments as necessary.
  • Perform other functions assigned.

LEVELS OF SUPERVISION EXERCISED AND RECEIVED:

Exercises no supervision; works under general direction and general supervision of Retail Servicing Leader. Makes some independent decisions.

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma plus at least 2 years of post-high school education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years related office experience performing similar functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate highly accurate work.
  • Ability to use software and information technology to collect organize retrieve maintain and disseminate information. Ability to use technology in new or complex situations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have the ability to perform basic office tasks and work in a typical office setting. Employee will be sitting for extended periods of time and accomplishing work at a desk and work at a computer for an extended period of time. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to adequately convey ideas and work well with a team. Ability to talk and hear sit and use their hands and fingers and reach in all directions is essential in performance of the job. Some lifting and moving of items up to 25 pounds required. Work during established business hours and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

PART-TIME REMOTE/HYBRID: These employees will work partly remote and partly onsite. Part-time remote employees will work with their managers to determine when and how often they are needed onsite.

PAY RANGE:

Minimum $52000.00 - Max $79168.87 Annual

This range is reflective of the national salary average for this position and will be adjusted using geographic variance for physical location of the hired candidate. American AgCredit may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class.

  • Reflected is the national base pay range and title offered for this job at the current level.

  • Compensation title and job level may be adjusted based on candidate qualifications including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location.

  • Salary offered within the applicable range is one component of the total rewards package offered to candidates.
