What You Will Do in This Role

You will perform multiple production floor and engineering activities following established guidelines and policies including:

• Define update and implement manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation such as:
  • Process flow charts
  • AMEF (PFMEA)
  • Visual aids
  • Work instructions (as controlled documents)
• Design and implement poka-yokes fixtures and tools for assembly lines considering ergonomics and operator safety.
• Analyze assembly line capacity to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Define and manage manufacturing routings providing data to be uploaded into SAP.
• Lead and support continuous improvement (CI) projects focused on KPI optimization.
• Follow up on CAPA activities ensuring timely closure.
• Update assembly layouts based on production changes.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S policies and procedures.
• Partner with Indirect Purchasing for quotations expense tracking and PO follow-ups.
• Identify and document design issues proposing and implementing improvements on the production floor.
• Participate in scheduled training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in PLC programming (basic to intermediate level):
  • Allen Bradley
  • Siemens
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of electrical concepts.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience in production environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
