Were looking for a highly motivated Systems Delivery Lead to join our growing Banking Systems team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems driving system improvements and working at the intersection of business and technology. Youll play a pivotal role in helping NextGear Capital modernise its systems improve operational efficiency and deliver meaningful change across the organisation.
Working closely with stakeholders from Operations Risk Finance Sales and Customer Service youll turn business challenges into practical solutions ensuring improvement initiatives move smoothly from concept through to successful delivery and adoption.
What Youll Be Doing
As Systems Delivery Lead youll be the vital link between business teams and delivery partners ensuring everyone has clarity on requirements priorities and outcomes. Youll:
- Identify opportunities to improve systems processes and data flows across the business.
- Gather analyse and document business requirements translating operational needs into clear delivery plans.
- Shape initiatives into realistic roadmaps managing scope milestones dependencies and risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams suppliers and stakeholders to deliver change successfully.
- Support implementation user adoption and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain a pipeline of future enhancements and improvement opportunities aligned to business priorities.
About You
Were interested in talented delivery professionals who combine strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Youll likely bring:
- Experience in business analysis requirements gathering or systems delivery.
- A proven ability to work across business and technology teams to deliver successful change.
- Strong process mapping and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing dependencies priorities and delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Experience
Wed be particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- Financial services banking lending or motor finance environments.
- Data migration systems integration or data transformation programmes.
- Continuous improvement or Lean methodologies.
- Automotive retail or technology sectors.
