What Youll Do

  • Plan coordinate and execute approximately 3035 trade shows conferences and events annually ranging from regional to international.
  • Manage all event logistics including project timelines budgets vendors booth design shipping installation dismantle and storage.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Sales and product line teams to ensure events align with brand goals products and business priorities.
  • Research recommend and evaluate trade shows conferences venues and service providers that support company objectives.
  • Oversee on-site execution to ensure booths and meeting spaces are optimized for customer and partner engagement.
  • Establish processes and metrics to support Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) identification for Sales teams.

What Youll Bring

  • Three to five years of experience in trade show management marketing sales or event planning.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing public relations communications business or a related field.
  • Strong project management organizational and vendor management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills with confidence speaking publicly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity technologies with comfort using AI-enabled tools.
  • Ability to think creatively manage deadlines and adapt under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Anticipated travel averaging approximately six times per year.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds stand for extended periods and frequently bend and lift during event setup and teardown.
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods and handle documents and equipment.
  • Adequate vision hearing and verbal communication abilities for in-person and phone interactions.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
