- Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What Youll Do
- Plan coordinate and execute approximately 3035 trade shows conferences and events annually ranging from regional to international.
- Manage all event logistics including project timelines budgets vendors booth design shipping installation dismantle and storage.
- Collaborate with Marketing Sales and product line teams to ensure events align with brand goals products and business priorities.
- Research recommend and evaluate trade shows conferences venues and service providers that support company objectives.
- Oversee on-site execution to ensure booths and meeting spaces are optimized for customer and partner engagement.
- Establish processes and metrics to support Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) identification for Sales teams.
What Youll Bring
- Three to five years of experience in trade show management marketing sales or event planning.
- Bachelors degree in marketing public relations communications business or a related field.
- Strong project management organizational and vendor management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills with confidence speaking publicly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity technologies with comfort using AI-enabled tools.
- Ability to think creatively manage deadlines and adapt under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Anticipated travel averaging approximately six times per year.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds stand for extended periods and frequently bend and lift during event setup and teardown.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods and handle documents and equipment.
- Adequate vision hearing and verbal communication abilities for in-person and phone interactions.
- The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
