Job Summary
Leidos Health and Services Sector currently has an opening for a Contact Center Support Specialist to on site in Washington D.C. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Military OneSource mission. The Military OneSource Program provides 24/7 support services for military members and their families similar to a commercial Employee Assistance Program (EAP) *This position works normal office operating hours Mon-Fri.
This program provides a broad array of information resources education referrals and counseling to about 4.7 million participants which includes military service members their families and eligible civilians at locations worldwide. The Military OneSource program serves as a one source for resource and information encompassing a comprehensive support system.
The Contact Center Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the program Director and managing visitors. Duties include calendar and inbox management ordering supplies coordinating visitors arranging travel and providing meeting support.
This role:
Gathers collects records and tracks data and materials required for meetings. They manage and coordinate all logistics related to scheduling and supporting meetings and program events.
Captures documents circulates and archives meeting records including attendance issues discussed decisions made and assigned action items.
Supports document management activities including publishing and archiving administrative artifacts and records.
Coordinates staff onboarding supply management and offboarding activities to ensure smooth operational transitions.
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the program Director and visitor activities.
Manage calendars shared inboxes and scheduling logistics to ensure efficient coordination of meetings and events.
Order and manage office supplies to support operational needs.
Arrange travel and coordinate logistics including visitor schedules and meeting support.
Gather collect record and track data and materials required for meetings.
Coordinate and deconflict schedules for meetings and supported program events.
Capture document circulate and archive meeting records including attendance issues discussed decisions made and assigned action items.
Support document management activities including publishing and archiving administrative artifacts and records.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for specified staff to ensure smooth operational transitions.
Provide administrative support to other Directors as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Associates degree plus 3-5 years relevant experience
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Outlook and Excel as well as web-based research tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required.
Ability to successfully pass criminal history fingerprint background checks and credential verification required.
Ability to maintain and retain suitability investigation and clearance as required.
Proficient in navigating electronic systems computer programs and virtual service platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Knowledge of call center operations

Pay Range:
Pay Range $57850.00 - $104575.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
