Software Support Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Software Support Analyst to join Meyer Plastics providing software troubleshooting technical support and system optimization for our manufacturing company. As a Software Support Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring that our internal software systems including ERP inventory management production and CRM operate efficiently to meet our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line and second-line support for software systems used in production inventory and sales
• Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve software-related issues for internal users
• Assist with software installations updates and configurations
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to escalate complex technical problems
• Maintain system documentation including troubleshooting guides workflows and user manuals
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or updates
• Train employees on software usage and best practices
• Support integration between different software platforms (ERP CRM production tracking)
• Assist with testing new software releases or modules before deployment
• Collaborate with operations production and logistics teams to understand software needs and optimize workflows

Qualifications:

• 13 years of experience in software support IT or systems analysis (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of ERP CRM or manufacturing software systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests simultaneously
