The Role

This role owns andoptimizesAmeriVetslearning ecosystem with primary responsibility forWorkday Learning (AmeriVetLearning Hub)andthe design ofscalable role-based learning experiences.

This is nota coordination role.This is abuilder owner roleresponsible for:

• How learning is structured in Workday

• How users experience learning

• How contentis designed and delivered

You will partner closely with L&D HRIS Operations and clinical leaderstotranslate business needs intoclean scalable andusable learning solutions alignedto real workflows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include butare notlimitedtothe following:

LMS Ownership (Workday Learning)

• Administer andoptimizeWorkday Learning (courses offerings assignments)

• Establish and enforce build standards (naming structuretemplates)

• Improve learner experience (navigation discoverability minimal clicks)

• Partner with HRIS on security homepage access and enhancements

Learning Experience & Instructional Design

• Build role-based learning pathways (e.g.CSRTech DVM PM SupportCenter)

• Develop eLearning usingtools like Articulate Storyline/Rise

• Translate business needs into structured practical learning solutions

• Ensure contentis usable nottheoretical

Program & ContentEnablement

• Supportonboarding leadership development and systemtraining

• Build workflow-based (day-in-the-life)training

• Ensure consistency and scalability across programs

Measure & Improve

• Track completion engagement and effectiveness

• Supportreadinesstracking for key initiatives

• Build reporting and dashboards in Workday

• Continuously improve based on data

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degreein Instructional Design Education HR Organizational Development or related field preferred

Required Experience:

• 2 years LMS administration and instructional design

• Experience building courses assignments and reporting in an LMS

• Experience creating eLearning (Articulate or similar)

• Strongly Preferred:

• DirectWorkday Learning administration experience

• Experience establishing LMS standardsand scalable structures

Portfolio(Required for Consideration)
