Business Development Representative

What Youll Do

• Support the senior sales team to identify and pursue key growth opportunities.
• Develop expertise in Nasdaqs Private Fund Solutions and share insights with clients and prospects.
• Contact senior executives to arrange meetings and drive interest in solution demos.
• Monitor capital markets trends and build deep knowledge of private markets and investor relations.
• Manage outbound campaigns across the region and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 13 years of experience in business development sales or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
• Results-driven mindset and comfort working in a performance-based environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of finance investment management or capital markets.
• Exposure to private equity venture capital or private markets.

This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
