Job Summary

Pine Trace Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our exceptional team as a Line Cook. Responsibilities

As a Line Cook your daily duties will include:

• Consistent excellence in food preparation.

• Adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.

• Complete daily tasks such as setting up the line and preparing quality meals for guests with effort and dedication.

• Assist the Chefs as needed.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for applicants who are:

• Friendly and Outgoing: Able to interact positively with guests and staff.

• Self-Motivated: Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision.

• A Team Player: Willing to collaborate closely with servers bartenders and kitchen staff.

• Detail-Oriented: Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Standing for extended periods of time

• Frequent lifting of 50 lbs and above

• Ability to walk bend reach and lift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Prior experience in restaurant service is preferred (1 year minimum)

• Basic knowledge of professional cooking and experience in knife handling (1 year minimum)

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including morning afternoon and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays
