Job Description
Promote the UWSP Alumni Association to current students campus community and alumni
Duties
Attend and promote Alumni Association events including Homecoming Senior Breakfast Days of Giving Days of Service (on campus) Post-Commencement Receptions Iris Reunion and Alumni Board of Directors meetings
Call alumni and donors to share campus news update records and ask them to donate to support UWSP.
Promote the Alumni mentoring program and recruit student mentees.
Promote Scholarship applications to current students during scholarship season
Give campus tours to alumni visiting campus for various reasons
Thank donors through written and visual means and share own Pointer stories on how UWSP clubs student involvement and/or scholarships at UWSP have impacted them.
Help plan and support events that bring together students and alumni and attend table events on campus.
Help assemble address and send mailings.
Assist with database entry
Process Return Mailings.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Knowledge of best practices in customer service
Experience with events or logistical planning
Experience with outbound calling
Knowledge of Windows Outlook CRM software
Tour guide training desirable but not required
Ability to work some evenings and weekends

Hours: 6-10 per week varies depending on events (more during Homecoming and Commencement)
