Position Overview

Were a leading global fitness company seeking a talented passionate Assistant Marketing Manager to play a key role in shaping how our brands show up across 60 international markets. Under the direction of the Director of International Marketing the Assistant Marketing Manager drives global marketing tools supports product launches and connects teams across regions to deliver consistent high-impact brand experiences. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management with proven experience in writing and proofing communications.


Responsibilities

Product Launch & Sales Enablement

Attend and contribute to cross-functional product launch meetings. Ensure all international marketing team members are updated proactively and recaps are provided.

Manage and evolve global facility planning tools. Partner with product and industrial design teams to ensure accurate up-to-date content. Own vendor relationships training global communications and audits.

Own and streamline adoption of sales support tools across regions including the Matrix Experience App product and brand awards documentation global sponsorship presentations and showcase installation grants. Identify and implement automation opportunities and create processes/SOPs as needed.

Global Communications and Digital

Regularly audit all Global Marketing-owned brand websites across our global subsidiaries and international distributor sites to improve accuracy and brand consistency.

Maintain the JHT Corporate website and make necessary updates to relevant subsidiary sites.

Own the end-to-end managements of international showcases (acquisition of images descriptions and testimonials; ranking storing and posting online; handling grant invoicing).

Produce and increase engagement with global newsletters. Solicit and edit content from subsidiaries monitor social media pages manage distribution lists and analyze performance.

Maintain and optimize content on the JHT file sharing site.


Customer Experience (Visits)

Serve as point person for all international customer visits to the JHTNA/Global Marketing HQ. This requires regularly communicating with visiting subsidiaries JHTNA leadership and the product team; creating an itinerary; arranging food transportation and meeting spaces; organizing factory and showcase site visits; and more.

Additional Responsibilities

Support global marketing meetings webinars and global tradeshows

Maintain corporate PowerPoint presentations and contact directories

Support product training team as needed (competitive battlecards event coordination)

Execute surveys and research

Track and manage invoices and ensure all projects fall within the predefined global marketing budget

Other projects as assigned


Requirements

Education:

4-year degree in marketing marketing research communications or related field required

Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executing marketing strategies and programs including working within predefined brand standards

Experience writing communications (e.g. newsletters blogs) with proven grammar skills and attention to detail

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines in a global environment

Other Requirements:

Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency in content creation workflows or data analysis a plus

Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with Canva and project management tools a plus

Occasional international and domestic travel required

Valid drivers license and passport required (passport can be acquired following accepted offer)

Exceptional communication skills both on paper and in person

Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated experience in project management and budget adherence

Strong sense of initiative demonstrated by meeting deadlines; improving current work processes; and assisting others when necessary

Flexibility and willingness to work in situations of flux and in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint; Canva and AI experience is a plus

Familiarity with Web CMS systems and platforms is helpful

Unwavering attention to detail and commitment to world-class quality

Knowledge of the fitness industry is preferred

Knowledge of a foreign language is helpful but not required
