TheIntegratedStrategy Supervisorisacentralfacetwithin thecombined Brand-Digital IntegratedStrategy team.Working under the guidance oftheIntegrated BrandGroup DirectorISSconstructs the strategicfoundation for media plan development and ensures consistency across all channels.Asakeyagencycontacthe/shemaintainsstrong relationships with clients partner agenciesmediavendorsand internal departments. TheISSapplies his/her knowledge of industry trends and Horizons consumer/channel insight resources to offer the clients fresh thinking.He/she supervises all team projects ensuring they are completed accurately and on time and reflect both practical and strategic thinking.They will work closely with their team todevelopcross-channelstrategies andrecommend/activate digitalmedia plans that meet campaign imperatives and client objectives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients and partner agencies atappropriate level by serving as the key agency contact
Guide the team in translating client goalsinto strategicmedia solutions that grow our clients brandsand ensure strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation
Lead research initiativesidentifyingtools and resourcesthat will aid in the consumer insight gathering and strategic planning process includingnew trendsand opportunities within the industry; develop POVs to share with clients and media team
Share evolving media trends and opportunities with peers and clients ensuring recommendations look to incorporate both existing media as well as emerging creative communication channels
Supervisethedevelopment of media briefsandthe strategic and tactical execution of all media buys ensuring all strategic direction and timelines are clearly communicated to the inner-agency teams
Overseetheaccuracyand timelinessofaccount managementand buy maintenance
Participate in overall client media strategy developmentin order todeeply understand the role marketplace media plays in larger media objectives
Work independently to plan key account(s) as necessary
Seek growth opportunities for clients
Act as day-to-day liaison between agency and publishers meeting with sales rep and management tomaintainrelationships stay on top of offerings and develop compelling/innovative ideas for clients
Responsible for ensuring the involvement of subject matter experts throughout the planning process
Meets with subject matter experts for educational and continued advancement
Supervisory Responsibilities
Guideteam in setting goals and project tasks & timelines ensuring team members haschallenging level-appropriate projects and opportunities to learn new skills
Manageperformance review of Assistant and Sr./Strategist coaching to maximize successidentifyingtraining needs for improved performance setting goals for careerdevelopmentand ensuring actions are taken
Act as a role model for team
Provide active leadership in communication optimization strategies proactively communicating challenges and opportunities
Explore areas for growth within the team
Conduct performance reviews for media planning team
Knowledge and Skills Required
Minimum of4-7 years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and stewarding media account projects
Experienceutilizingmultiple media channels
Familiarity with marketing principlesanalyticsand concepts
Experience with athird partyad server (DART/DFA preferred)
On top of industry trends
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and media research/reporting resources
Prior experience in aClientcontact and leadership role
Strong leadership and supervisory experience in terms of developing media professionals with ability to manage a team of 1-2 people
Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present and sell through ideas both internally and to Clients
Strong writingpresentationand strategic and analytical thinking skills
Able to work independently and have excellent time management skills
Problem solver with the ability to develop creative solutions
Organized and detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
Nimble and flexible to succeed in a fast-paced environment and handle ad hoc requests

Salary Range
$85000.00 - $100000.00A successful applicants actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individuals skill sets experience training education licensure/certifications and qualifications for the role.
