Compensation:

• $35$38/hour (Local candidates)
• $40$44/hour (Travel candidates) (depending upon experience)

Position Overview

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer to support recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging top talent. This role plays a key part in building strong candidate pipelines particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract high-quality candidates for assigned roles
• Utilize ATS platforms (e.g. Taleo) job boards and social media channels
• Apply Boolean search techniques and innovative sourcing strategies
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and interest
• Present shortlisted candidates to recruiters and hiring managers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future needs
• Update and track candidate activity within recruiting systems
• Assist with onboarding and general recruitment operations
• Perform additional duties as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of talent sourcing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sourcing networking and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
