Compensation:
- $35$38/hour (Local candidates)
- $40$44/hour (Travel candidates) (depending upon experience)
Position Overview
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer to support recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging top talent. This role plays a key part in building strong candidate pipelines particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions within a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract high-quality candidates for assigned roles
- Utilize ATS platforms (e.g. Taleo) job boards and social media channels
- Apply Boolean search techniques and innovative sourcing strategies
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and interest
- Present shortlisted candidates to recruiters and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future needs
- Update and track candidate activity within recruiting systems
- Assist with onboarding and general recruitment operations
- Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of talent sourcing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sourcing networking and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
