$40$44/hour (Travel candidates) (depending upon experience)
Position Overview
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer to support recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging top talent. This role plays a key part in building strong candidate pipelines particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions within a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
Source and attract high-quality candidates for assigned roles
Utilize ATS platforms (e.g. Taleo) job boards and social media channels
Apply Boolean search techniques and innovative sourcing strategies
Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and interest
Present shortlisted candidates to recruiters and hiring managers
Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future needs
Update and track candidate activity within recruiting systems
Assist with onboarding and general recruitment operations
Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of talent sourcing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field
High School Diploma or GED required
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong sourcing networking and organizational skills
Knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
