Summary:

We are seeking a strategic people-centric and results-driven Director Talent Acquisition to lead and elevate our recruiting function during a pivotal stage of organizational growth. This leader will shape the talent engine that fuels our mission bringing life-changing oncology therapies to patients who need them most.

In this role you will own the full Talent Acquisition strategy: partnering closely with business leaders mentoring TA team members driving operational excellence and ensuring a compelling inclusive and seamless candidate experience. You will guide decisions that directly influence our ability to scale innovate and remain an employer of choice in the biotech industry.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

Talent Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with organizational priorities workforce planning and long-term growth.
  • Manage coach and mentor TA team members strengthening capability consistency and excellence across the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners agencies and industry networks.

Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence

  • Oversee and personally contribute to full-cycle recruiting for roles across all functions ensuring a high-quality equitable and candidate-centric experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement of TA processes systems and toolsoptimizing for efficiency scalability and data integrity.
  • Lead the adoption optimization and governance of TA technologies and sourcing platforms.

Business Partnership & Employer Brand

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and functional leaders to understand organizational talent needs and market realities offering guidance on job design hiring strategy and competitive positioning.
  • Provide labor market insights compensation trends and data-driven recommendations that support smart timely hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to shape and execute employer branding initiatives that reflect our mission culture and growth trajectory.

Analytics Reporting & Compliance

  • Define track and report on key TA performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop data-informed strategies that help forecast hiring demands and strengthen workforce planning.
  • Manage the TA budget and ensure full compliance with hiring employment and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience including 3 years leading TA in a commercial-stage biotech or pharma organization.
  • Deep understanding of biotech/pharma functions such as Sales Medical Affairs Marketing Market Access and G&A and how talent supports organizational success.
  • Expertise in modern sourcing strategies recruitment technologies and recruitment marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through growth change and ambiguity with resilience and a strong problem-solving orientation.
  • Exceptional leadership communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Base Salary: $130000-$220000 (depending on skills and experience)
