What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):
Education:
Masters degree in Mental Health Field
Experience: (Applicants should meet all the qualifications mentioned below)
- Ten (10) years of clinical experience in mental health field treating children or adolescents and families; AND
- Two (2) years post licensure experience navigating County mental health child welfare and/or juvenile probation systems and services; AND
- Four (4) years experience in behavioral health management.
Licensing:
- Licensed as an LMFT LCSW or PhD Psychologist.
- Valid California Drivers License and current automobile insurance and must maintain a driving record that meets the company drivers eligibility policy.
How you will make a difference (job overview):
The Program Director has oversight responsibility for services provided throughout Starlights Community Services programs. The Program Director supervises manages and coordinates all program and administrative activities to ensure the provision of quality care to clients and their families.
Division/Program Overview:
- Supporting individuals with mental health family life employment education living situation personal effectiveness and community life functioning.
- Sessions are in the community clinic home and some telehealth
- Working with individuals ages 6-15 (Child) and 16-25 (TAY).
- Utilizing a strength-based approach and working together as a multidisciplinary team.
- We provide services to individuals and families throughout Santa Clara County.
