SUMMARY:The primary responsibility of the Wing Cutter is to cut the wing off the WOG.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Cut the wing off the WOG and place it in a carousal belt.
Pull the wing down with one hand and make a downward cut at the wing joint with a handheld knife.
Must keep up with production which equates out to approximately 18 birds per minute.
Employee is also responsible for using proper technique and any other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required
- None

Preferred
- Previous food processing experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
