Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Financial Analyst Intl Finance LATAMlocatedin Bogotá Distrito Capital Colombia.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics companyoperatingas DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

The Financial Analyst Intl Finance LATAM plays a key role in supporting financial planning analysis and reporting activities across the LATAM region. This role partners closely with regional finance leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders to deliveraccuratefinancial insights support business decisionmaking and ensure compliance with corporate financial standards. The position offers strong exposure to international operations and the opportunity to influence financial performance across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare analyze and interpret financial results including actuals forecasts and budgets for LATAM markets.

  • Support regional monthend and quarterend close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

  • Develop financial models and variance analyses toidentifytrends risks and opportunitiesimpactingregional performance.

  • Partner with commercial supply chain and functional teams toprovidefinancial insights that support strategic and operational decisions.

  • Assistwith annual operating plan (AOP) and longrange planning (LRP) processes for the LATAM region.

  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls corporate policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Support internal and external audits and respond to adhoc financial analysis requests as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics ora relatedfield (required).

  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance or Business (preferred).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Typically requires 24 years of relevant finance or accounting experience in a corporate or regional environment.

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.

  • Proficiencyin financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to analyze dataidentifytrends and communicate insights clearly.

  • Experience working with crossfunctional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy andcontrols.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting international or regional (LATAM) operations.

  • Knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks.

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and financial analytics tools.

  • Exposure to medicaldevice healthcare or regulated industries.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Other:

  • Languages: Spanish (fluent); English (professional workingproficiency).

  • Certifications: CPA CMA or equivalent (preferred not).
