• Experience in carpentry and/or cabinet installation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finish work
• Maintains a professional and courteous presence in customer homes
• Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractors License or Trade License (as required)
• General Liability Insurance and Workers Comp Insurance
• Must provide own tools equipment and reliable transportation to/from job sites
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Install cabinets doors molding (including stacked crown) drawer boxes roll-out drawers accessories and decorative hardware
• Arrive to jobsite on time in appropriate work clothing;
• Follow the project plan while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized job site with strong attention to customer experience
• Communicate with the project manager daily about progress issues and timeline
• Opportunity to support additional pre- and post-installation work as needed/desired
