Job Overview

The Manager TPO Customer Orders plays a key role in enabling efficientaccurate and compliant thirdparty order (TPO) processing through commercial technology solutions. This role partners closely with Commercial Operations Customer Service Supply Chain and IT teams to ensure customer order systems and processes support service excellence operational efficiency and business continuityand reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization. The role hasdirectimpact on customer experience order accuracy and endtoend commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support commercial technology solutions that enable thirdparty customer order processing and fulfillment.

• Partner with Customer Service Commercial Operations Supply Chain and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into system enhancements and process improvements.

• Oversee daytoday system performance related to TPO customer orders ensuring stability accuracy andtimelyissue resolution.

• Coordinate testing deployment and adoption of system changesimpactingcustomer order workflows.

• Ensure order processing solutionscomply withinternal controls governance standards and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze operational data and system performance metrics toidentifyrisks trends and improvement opportunities.

• Support vendor and partner relationships related to customer order technologies as needed.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Lead the application of AI advanced analytics and automation to modernize commercial platforms enhancing customer engagement pricing and revenue optimization anddatadrivendecisionmakingwhile driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales marketing and customer operations.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree preferably in Business Information Systems Supply Chain ora relatedfield.

• Advanced degree preferred.

Experience and Skills

Required:

• 68years of relevant experience in commercial technology customer order management or enterprise systems.

• Experience supporting customer order processing ordertocash or related commercial workflows.

• Strong understanding of crossfunctional commercial operations and system integrations.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience working with thirdparty order processing or distribution models.

• Experience with ERP/SAPor commercial order management systems.

• Experience supporting process improvement or system implementation initiatives.

• Familiarity with regulated or highly controlled environments.

• Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.

• Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.

Other:

• Language: English.

• Travel: Up to 10% primarily domestic.

• Certifications: Commercial systems supply chain or project management certifications preferred.
