CMC Machinists Weekend Shifts

Pay Rate/Range: $28-40/hr

Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced 3 and 5-Axis CNC Machine Operator to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers including Okuma SNK Fidia DMG Mori and Henri Line machines. The operator will be responsible for setting up running and inspecting complex components to tight tolerances using various aerospace production parts and tooling

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.

• 35 years of hands-on experience operating 3 and/or 5-axis CNC machines.

• Proven experience on at least two or more of the following machines: Okuma SNK Fidia DMG Mori Henri Line.

• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code.

• Familiarity with tight-tolerance machining (/- .0005 or better).

• Proficiency in setup tool selection and offset adjustments.

• Ability to work independently and interpret complex blueprints.

• Experience with aluminum steel titanium or Inconel is a plus.

Preferred:

• Experience in aerospace or high-precision industries.

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam NX or similar).

• Knowledge of machine probing systems and Renishaw tools.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule: Friday Saturday and Sunday 4:30am-4:30pm or 4:30pm-4:30am
