ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Interacts with co-workers visitors and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
• Provide pharmaceutical care to a diverse patient population.
• Provide support to pharmacy operations across the Jefferson Enterprise.
• Meet outlined program requirements for completion of the Residency as outlined in the Pharmacy Residency Manual.

QUALIFICATIONS

• The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required or preferred.

Education - Required

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education accredited degree program (PharmD)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities - Required

• Completion of Pharmacist competencies during orientation period at start of program.

Licenses and Certifications - Required

• RP - Registered Pharmacist - State of Pennsylvania Within 120 Days or RP - Registered Pharmacist - State of New Jersey Within 120 Days
