About the job
As an integral member of our team you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing Alfa Lavals channel strategy for capital and service sales across multiple customer segments and territories. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with service division leaders sales marketing and global stakeholders while helping to strengthen enable and grow our channel partner network through datadriven insights structured processes and strong followup.
Currently this is a hybrid opportunity preferably based in Richmond VA with additional location options in Houston TX; Greenwood IN; or Kenosha WI.
As a part of the team you will:
Support implementation of short and longterm channel strategies including maintaining channel plans roadmaps and agreements
Coordinate communication onboarding and ongoing engagement with channel partners to strengthen relationships and performance
Collect analyze and maintain channel performance data supporting reports dashboards reviews and incentive administration
Assist with channel improvement initiatives such as training digital tools product updates and partner enablement programs
Support internal sales teams with datadriven insights followups and service channel action plans

What you know:
You have a Bachelors degree (preferred) in business marketing engineering or a related field combined with relevant experience and:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales support channel coordination customer service or commercial operations (5 years in sales and/or channel management is preferred)
Experience working with data reporting tools CRM systems and structured sales or channel processes
Strong organizational analytical and followup skills with high attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally
A proactive curious and improvementoriented mindset with commercial awareness of channel dynamics

At Alfa Laval we carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine your total compensation package. We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job background skills and experience to get it right. The base salary for this role is typically $95000 - $115000.
