Job Summary

Job Description

The Sourcing Manager New Product Development; plays a key role in enabling successful product launches and electronics planning by leading sourcing and procurement activities throughout the product development lifecycle. This role bridges strategy and execution serving as a primary electronics procurement partner to Engineering R&D Product Management and Supplier Quality to ensure supplier readiness cost competitiveness and material availability for new product introductions. This role is an individual contributor position and may provide functional leadership to project-based teams or junior sourcing resources but does not carry full organizational or people management responsibility.
