Compensation Overview:

This role is commission based. Average compensation for this position is $50000 with top performers earning $60000.

Experience & Qualifications Needed:

• Valid drivers licenseand clean driving record
• 1-3years ofprogressiveexperience in auto service is preferred but notrequired
• Consistent record of service and sales success
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Ableto work independently

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and set them up with Service Advisorsto begin service appointment
• Answer phones toassistguests and schedule appointments if necessary
• Manage loaner fleet (Utilization cleanliness of vehiclesbefore and after use make sure each loaner hasan adequate amount of fuel before going out on loan etc.)
• Collaborate with technicians toensure PDI vehicles CPO and sales concerns are handledaccurately andin a timely manner
• Manage Valet program-ensuring valets are on time to pick upand return guestvehicles
