The opportunity
To lead and optimise warranty recovery across AJWs global aviation supply chain ensuring maximum value is realised from every component transaction. This role sits at the intersection of technical insight and commercial performance using repair knowledge supplier relationships and data-led decision-making to drive recovery reduce cost leakage and influence long-term component strategy.
Operating within a fast-paced global aviation environment the Warranty Manager offers direct exposure to OEMs MROs and key suppliers with the opportunity to shape how warranty is managed at scale supporting AJWs mission to transform aviation efficiency through smarter more effective operations.
What youll be doing
Manage the full warranty lifecycle (claim identification submission negotiation recovery)
Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims with suppliers and customers
Maximise recovery value and minimise financial leakage
Review technical documentation (e.g. teardown reports findings) to support claims
Challenge suppliers and negotiate outcomes to improve recovery rates
Track and report warranty performance identifying trends and risks
Work cross-functionally (repairs procurement technical finance) to support claims and prevent repeat issues
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and warranty conditions
Drive process improvements and better use of systems data and automation
Job requirements
About you
Experience in warranty repairs or claims management within aviation or MRO
Strong understanding of aircraft component repair processes
Commercial awareness with experience managing cost and recovery
Ability to interpret technical documentation and repair findings
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with experience using data to track performance
