Job Summary

R360 Environmental Solutions a Waste Connections company is seeking a detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support our Denver CO office (Zip Code - 80112). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping operations organized supporting a busy team and contributing to a positive efficient office environment.

Pay Range: $18$22/hr. DOE

What Youll Do:

Provide general administrative support to the Division Controller and Accounting Team
Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence
Maintain databases and update compliance records
Assist with scheduling calendar coordination and meeting preparation
Process expense reports support travel arrangements and reconcile PCard purchases
Serve as a point of contact for district staff and local municipalities
Handle routine office tasks such as answering phones filing scanning copying and organizing documents

What You Bring:

1 years of administrative experience ideally in a corporate environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel; PowerPoint a plus)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask prioritize and stay organized in a fastpaced setting
Professionalism discretion and a collaborative mindset
