Head Of Business Development
Job Summary
1. Revenue Growth & Strategy Execution
- Own and deliver the annual revenue target of 18bn across all business lines
- Develop and execute integrated business development strategies to drive growth
- Identify new revenue streams market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Translate corporate objectives into actionable commercial plans
- Ensure retention of top revenue drivers
2. Business Development & Pipeline Management
- Build and manage a robust diversified sales pipeline across all business lines
- Establish key client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts
- Monitor conversion rates and optimize sales performance
3. Leadership Across Business Lines
- Provide strategic oversight and direction for all three business lines
- Align business line leads with overall revenue and growth objectives
- Drive accountability performance tracking and continuous improvement
- Foster collaboration and cross-selling opportunities across units
4. Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs
- Refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies
- Position ARCA as a leader in the industry
5. Performance Management & Reporting
- Track and report on revenue performance pipeline health and forecasts
- Provide regular insights to executive leadership on growth opportunities and risks
Education Qualification:
- Masters degree or MBA in Business Marketing Finance or a related field
Experience:
- 7 years of hands-on experience in business development preferably within the payment processing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of payment systems PTSP (Payment Terminal Service Provider) models and the financial services ecosystem.
- Strong reporting skills with the ability to extract and clearly communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel Power BI or CRM analytics to support performance tracking and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated business acumen with a strong grasp of interpreting financial and market data to inform and shape growth strategies.
