We are currently seeking a Head of Human Resources for Mexico a strategic and courageous HR professional who will act as a trusted advisor to the business shaping a high-performance culture while enabling growth transformation and employee engagement across the country.

What will you do

• Act as a strategic HR partner to the Mexico leadership team supporting business growth organizational effectiveness and cultural transformation.

• Responsable for the operation excellence and responsable for some varibles for the P&L.

• Lead the end-to-end HR agenda in Mexico including Talent Acquisition Employee Relations Total Rewards Learning & Development Performance Management and Compliance.

• Drive leadership development succession planning and talent strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while upholding global HR policies and ethical standards.

• Coach and support leaders in complex employee matters organizational change and performance management.

• Create and Innovate the enviroment to encourage and mantain Ingram Micro Mexico in the top companies of the Great Place to Work.

What are we looking for

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field (Masters degree preferred).

• 8 years of progressive HR experience including senior HR leadership roles.

• Proven experience supporting complex fast-paced business environments ideally within global or matrix organizations.

• Experience leading organizational transformation change management and leadership advisory.

• Excellent stakeholder management influencing and communication skills.

• Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen.

• Advanced English (required to global interaction).
