Warehouse Supervisor MX

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficientaccurate and compliant operation of warehouse and distribution activities supporting DePuy Synthes supply chain in Mexico. This role helps ensure product availability inventory accuracy andontimedelivery to customers while upholding safety quality and regulatory standards. The position offers the opportunity to directlyimpactpatient care by supporting reliable distribution of orthopedic products and to contribute to continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and distribution activities including receiving storage picking packing and shipping of materials and finished goods.

• Monitor inventory levels review inventory reports and support cycle counts and reconciliations between physical and system inventory.

• Ensure compliance with shipping commitments evaluate delivery timelines and take corrective actions to address delays or operational issues.

• Oversee inspection of incoming materials to confirm conformity with orders specifications and quality requirements coordinating returns ofnonconformingmaterials as needed.

• Coordinate distribution and transportation activities to support efficient andcosteffectivemovement of goods.

• Supervise and support warehouse team members promoting safe work practices adherence to procedures and effective execution of daily tasks.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing warehouse and transportation operations data and processes.

• Prepare process and ensure accuracy of inbound and outbound shipment documentation.

• Act as an escalation point for warehouse or distribution issues requiringtimelyresolution.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Operations Business ora relatedfield (required).

• Additionalcoursework or certification inlogisticsor operations management (preferred).

Experience and Skills

Required:

• 46 years of experience in warehouse distribution or supply chain operations.

• Experience supervising or leading warehouse teams ordaytodayoperational activities.

• Working knowledge of inventory control shipping/receiving and warehouse processes.

• Ability to analyze operational data and reports to supportdecisionmakingand improvements.

• Ability to work in afastpacedwarehouse environment including standing and moving throughout the facility as.

Preferred:

• Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices pharmaceuticals or healthcare supply chains.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.

• Experience supporting continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.

• Prior experience coordinating with transportation providers orthirdpartylogisticspartners.

• Demonstratedpeopleleadershipor coaching experience.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
