Your role as a Physical Therapist:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Help seniors regain mobility manage pain and improve overall function

• Guide patients through exercises and ADLs to enhance independence

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care

• Educate patients families and staff on safe mobility and fall prevention

• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring excellence in care delivery
