Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our growing team. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and improving our companys technology systems ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time permanent position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems

- Maintain and upgrade computer networks and servers

- Monitor and maintain system security including firewalls and antivirus software

- Provide technical support to employees resolving any hardware or software issues

- Manage and maintain the companys website and online presence

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve business processes

- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for system improvements

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems

- Experience with website management and online marketing

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively

- Familiarity with real estate industry is a plus
