Position: License Clerk
Job Type: (Remote)
Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a License Clerk. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.
As a License Clerk you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits for our real estate business. This includes but is not limited to obtaining and renewing licenses tracking expiration dates and ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and renew all necessary licenses and permits for the company
- Keep accurate records of all licenses and permits including expiration dates and renewal requirements
- Monitor changes in regulations and ensure compliance with all state and local laws
- Communicate with government agencies and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate processing of licenses and permits
- Assist with completing and submitting necessary paperwork and documentation for license applications and renewals
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files for all license and permit documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all necessary licenses and permits are obtained in a timely manner
- Handle any issues or discrepancies with licenses and permits in a professional and efficient manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of state and local licensing regulations is a plus
