As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing our business operations identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to enhance our overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes systems and operations to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify potential issues.

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.

- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to streamline operations and increase productivity.

- Assist in the development and implementation of new business initiatives and projects.

- Provide training and support to team members to ensure understanding and adoption of new processes and systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field.

- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather analyze and interpret complex data.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey information to stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven experience in process improvement and project management.

- Strong knowledge of business operations financial analysis and market research.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
