Overview
Saunders Staffing Agency is currently building a priority roster of compassionate CNAs for an upcoming service expansion at a major healthcare facility in Richmond. We are looking for reliable professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and supporting clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality resident care in a professional long-term care setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and meal escorts.
- Monitor resident status and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
- Maintain accurate documentation and answer call lights promptly.
Requirements
- Certification: Active unencumbered Virginia CNA license.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed CNA.
- Credentials: Current CPR and negative PPD/chest x-ray.
- Compliance: Must pass a criminal background check and adhere to facility dress codes.
- Availability: Seeking candidates for all shifts (1st 2nd and 3rd).
- Shift 1: 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.
- Shift 2: 3:00 p.m. 11:30 p.m.
- Shift 3: 11:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m
