Customer Service Coordinator

To support our development we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to help drive our growth. Technical training on our products and technology will be provided during the onboarding phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide information and assistance to French and international customers for all after-sales service requests
Serve as the liaison between customers and various departments depending on the issue (technical R&D quality logistics accounting etc.)
Conduct technical diagnostics after identifying parts to be replaced or where necessary assign after-sales service cases to technicians for issues requiring their intervention
Prepare quotes based on the assessments conducted
Process orders for parts and repairs as well as warranty claims equipment loans exchanges and restocking
Invoice orders or generate credit memos
Track shipments and handle customs formalities; arrange pickups
Monitor trends in repairs and parts requests and report them to the Process and Quality teams
Report defects in new products sold to the Quality and Production teams and to suppliers
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English
Minimum of 3 years experience ideally in a similar role within an international environment ideally involving highly technical products.
Excellent interpersonal skills strong customer service orientation and high responsiveness
Proficient in IT tools and/or with experience using an ERP system
