The Account Specialist supports key client relationships by serving as a primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role partners closely with the Strategic Accounts team to understand client needs resolve inquiries and maintain longâterm satisfaction. It collaborates across sales marketing engineering and other functions to coordinate solutions strengthen retention and stay informed on market trends that impact client success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Maintenance: Maintainstrong long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their business objectives needs and challenges.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams such as sales marketing engineering to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Client Retention:Work to retain existing clients by delivering exceptional service and addressing any concerns or challenges proactively.
- Market Research:Stay up to date with industry trends and market dynamics that could impact clients or their industries.

Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in business engineering /equivalent or equivalent work experience.
- Broad industry vertical experience (more than parts cleaning)
Experience Requirement:
- Experience:5 years previous experience in account management inside sales or customer service is highly valued.
