About the Role
In this opportunity as a Jr. Sales Support Coordinator you will be responsible to:
- Offer administrative support to the sales team including creating documents prospecting lists and various administrative tasks.
- Keep customer databases and CRM systems updated with precise and timely information.
- Work closely with sales teams to aid sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Create and analyze sales reports to deliver insights and suggestions to the sales team.
- Provide assistance with targeted sales initiatives to enhance customer interaction and engagement
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and workflows for better efficiency and effectiveness.
About You
Youre fit for the role of Jr. Sales Support Coordinator if your background includes
- Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0 years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales support or administrative role ideally in a similar industry desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
