Administrative Support South Bend IN
This temporary three-month assignment is available in a professional Financial Aid Office setting with full-time hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys a busy front-office environment and takes pride in providing organized friendly support to both staff and visitors.
The office is seeking someone dependable professional and welcoming as this person will serve as one of the first points of contact for guests and callers. A positive attitude and willingness to assist with a variety of daily office needs will be important in this role.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Greet guests and visitors upon arrival
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
- Assist with other office tasks as needed
