Status: Temporary / Full-Time Location:2132 Dundas Street West. Mississauga ON. L9T L5K
The expected hiring range for this position is $67980 to $76450. This role falls within a broader internal salary band with growth opportunities based ondemonstratedperformance.
To be successful as our new BSO - Assistant Director of Nursing Care you will:
Have a current registration as a Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Maintain current Heart Save Level of CPR
Support training collaboration and development of the PERT Team
Act as a Specialist Leader pertaining to all aspects of the Personal Expressions Resource Team
Experience working with BSO concepts and protocols
Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents families and team members
Understand the physical mental and emotional demands of the Assistant Director of Nursing Care role
It would be an asset if our new Assistant Director of Nursing Care has:
Knowledge of relevant policies procedures legislation and regulations applicable to the long-term care sector including the Long-Term Care Homes Act 2007 and Health & Safety
Three (3) years of experience leading and directing department(s) in a healthcare setting
Education and Experience in BSO practices
Experience working in a Long-Term Care setting
