Erin Mills Lodge has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Assistant Director of Nursing Care - BSO & PERT Leadto join their team.

Status: Temporary / Full-Time
Location:2132 Dundas Street West. Mississauga ON. L9T L5K

The expected hiring range for this position is $67980 to $76450. This role falls within a broader internal salary band with growth opportunities based ondemonstratedperformance.

To be successful as our new BSO - Assistant Director of Nursing Care you will:

• Have a current registration as a Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Maintain current Heart Save Level of CPR
• Support training collaboration and development of the PERT Team
• Act as a Specialist Leader pertaining to all aspects of the Personal Expressions Resource Team
• Experience working with BSO concepts and protocols
• Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents families and team members
• Understand the physical mental and emotional demands of the Assistant Director of Nursing Care role

It would be an asset if our new Assistant Director of Nursing Care has:

• Knowledge of relevant policies procedures legislation and regulations applicable to the long-term care sector including the Long-Term Care Homes Act 2007 and Health & Safety
• Three (3) years of experience leading and directing department(s) in a healthcare setting
• Education and Experience in BSO practices
• Experience working in a Long-Term Care setting
