About the role

This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in a major enterprise transformation ensuring that intended benefits translate into real measured outcomes for the business.

As Principal Advisor Value Realisation you will be embedded within a largescale transformation program and accountable for defining governing tracking and realising value across delivery and into operations. Working at pace and in close alignment with program cadence this role partners across Digital Finance Commercial and the broader business to ensure benefits are clearly owned transparently tracked and actively managed.

About you

You are a transformationminded professional who thrives in complex environments and is motivated by turning ambition into measurable outcomes. To succeed in this role you will bring:

• Experience working within largescale transformation programs ideally digital or technologyenabled with exposure to value benefits or outcome management

• Strong financial and commercial acumen including ROI benefit modelling valuation or cashflow analysis

• The confidence and maturity to engage with challenge and influence senior stakeholders constructively

• The ability to operate effectively in ambiguity moving seamlessly from framework design to handson analysis and execution

• A resilient outcomesfocused mindset comfortable with pace setbacks and iterative decisionmaking

• Curiosity and learning agility seeing this role as an opportunity to build breadth depth and momentum for future career growth

Where youll be working

Youll join the Modern ERP Program a multidisciplinary team bringing together technology process data and change specialists to reshape how work happens across Rio Tinto. Were modernising a 20yearold ERP system and redesigning core business processes to improve safety efficiency and ignite innovation.

This work supports our people across global operations to spend less time on transactional tasks and more time on work that really matters. By simplifying and digitising how the organisation runs the Modern ERP Program is creating the foundation for future productivity gains smarter decisionmaking and AIenabled transformation.
