Your Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting electrical or control problems at customer
- Perform root cause analysis
- Installation and commissioning of modifications & new machines
- Commissioning of new formats or recipes
- Professional documentation of customer visits
- Inform the office about service sales opportunities (contracts modifications obsolescence etc.)
- Attend trainings to keep product knowledge up to date
- Support customer with line optimizations to improve line efficiency
Your Profile
- Degree in electrical engineering software engineering or similar (Vocational MTS or Bachelor HTS)
- Work experience in machinery and plant engineering preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Trained on NEN 3140 and BA5
- Experience with Siemens S7 or TIA portal Siemens Simotion and/or KUKA KRC4/5
- Dutch/English language German or French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Benelux and outside
- Open and approachable personality
- Team player assertive and pro-active
- Good communicator
- Goal-oriented analytical and structured way of working
- High level of independence flexibility and resilience
- Highly customer oriented
