With a multicultural team of 175 employees worldwide were growing faster than ever which is why were looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our Client Succes team.

Work from our amazing office in central Amsterdam or from home - we love this role youll be the first point of contact with our clients playing a key role in our growth and making a real impact in a fast-paced tech scale-up!

What youll do:

Be the voice of Virtuagym helping clients with top-notch support

Connect with clients and become their go-to person

Work with Product to solve tech issues and improve the platform
Make a difference every day - your ideas and work truly count

What you bring:

• Native Dutch and strong English skills

• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills

• Creative problem solver who handles challenges effectively
