Job Summary
- Provide L2/L3 support for CyberArk PAM incidents service requests and operational activities.
- Manage and maintain CyberArk Core PAS components including PVWA CPM PSM and PSMP.
- Monitor CyberArk platform health and ensure optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot CPM password rotation reconciliation and password synchronization issues.
- Support privileged session management activities including RDP and SSH access through PSM.
- Onboard and manage privileged accounts across Windows SSH databases and web applications.
- Analyze logs investigate incidents and resolve platform-related issues within SLA timelines.
- Participate in CyberArk platform upgrades maintenance and disaster recovery activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and security teams to ensure secure privileged access management practices.
- 68 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on CyberArk PAM experience.
- CyberArk Defender Certification.
- Strong experience with CyberArk Core PAS components including Password Vault PVWA CPM PSM and PSMP.
- Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) fundamentals and privileged access management concepts.
- Experience onboarding privileged accounts across Windows SSH database and web application platforms.
- Hands-on experience managing password vault operations and privileged account lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within CyberArk environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Diagnose and resolve CyberArk platform issues efficiently.
- Manage password rotation reconciliation and privileged session management activities.
- Perform account onboarding and platform administration tasks with accuracy and security.
- Support incident change and problem management processes.
- Analyze system logs and proactively identify platform issues.
