Job Summary

As a CyberArk PAM Engineer (L3) you will:
  • Manage administer and support CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) environments.
  • Implement and maintain Core PAS components including Vault CPM PSM PSMP CP and CCP.
  • Perform CyberArk component upgrades system maintenance and platform optimization activities.
  • Execute Disaster Recovery (DR) failover and failback procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • Onboard privileged accounts across Windows SSH databases and web applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CyberArk components and custom connectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver secure privileged access solutions.
  • Contribute to PAM operational excellence through continuous improvement and best practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 56 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM.
  • Strong expertise in CyberArk Core PAS components: Vault CPM PSM PSMP CP and CCP.
  • CyberArk Sentry or CDE certification.
  • Experience in CyberArk version upgrades and platform lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) failover and failback activities.
  • Proven experience onboarding accounts across Windows SSH database and web application platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for CyberArk integrations and custom connectors.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Analyze and resolve complex CyberArk platform issues.
  • Design and implement secure privileged access onboarding strategies.
  • Manage CyberArk infrastructure upgrades with minimal business impact.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Automate and optimize PAM operational processes where applicable.
  • Maintain platform stability security and compliance standards.
  • Document operational procedures troubleshooting guides and best practices.
